A Little History Behind Our Services

Founder & CEO

I was born and educated in a small town in Arkansas. I earned a Bachelor of Science and Master’s Degree in Business from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I worked as a Customer Service Specialist for the SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION (SSA), for twenty years.

My areas of specializations are Retirement and Medicare Enrollment. During my tenure with SSA, I have gained unparalleled knowledge, skills and experiences learning rules and regulations and filing requirements for Retirement and Medicare benefits. I’ve received numerous achievements, and awards for best practices, coaching, mentoring and outstanding customer service.

MAKING IT SIMPLE is a non-profit 501 (C)(3) organization offering educational and coaching services on Retirement and Medicare benefits. Under the IRS. Section 170 code, donors can deduct contributions they make to “MAKING IT SIMPLE”.

Filing for Social Security and Medicare benefits can be one of the most daunting experiences a person can face in their lifetime. Our goal is “MAKING IT SIMPLE.”

We want to share our knowledge and skills with you – “one-on-one” by coaching you through the application process. Coaching sessions are offered on an individual and couples bases (group session being offered in future). During these sessions, an experienced coach will introduce you to Retirement and/or Medicare basics online.

Everyone should know where they stand prior to filing their application for Retirement and Medicare benefits. Our Guarantee is . . . you will have a clearer understanding of the complicated rules and regulations – after just ONE session.

With twenty-years experience working for the Social Security Administration, we know the exact questions to ask, where you need to be, and avenues to get you there. We have a strong desire to help others – giving all and our best to the customers we serve.
